Most chiropractors who've touched cranial work have the same story.

You learned enough to know it matters. You went home, tried it on a few patients, got inconsistent results from your own hands, and stopped offering it.

It happens because nobody's watching your hands when you get home.

You leave the weekend knowing something was there in your hands. Back home, you can't find it again. The gap between what you can explain and what you can actually do with a dysregulated two-year-old in front of you doesn't close without supervised reps.

The docs who push through and build real skill hit the next wall: they don't know what to charge, how to present it, or how to walk a family through a care plan that reflects what the work actually costs to deliver. So they underprice it. Or they don't offer it at all.

The problem is never the technique. It's the absence of a framework that tells you what you're looking at, in what order, and what to do about it. Without that, inconsistent results are guaranteed.

Here's how this program is built differently.

You start the online course before you ever set foot in the office. By the time you arrive at the intensive, you've already practiced on real people.

You know exactly where you're breaking down. The weekend fixes that under direct supervision.

Then you go home with the business and communication systems built in. Baked into both courses, the same way they're built into the practice that developed this program.

You’re collecting on this work Monday.

You don’t need cranial experience. You need to want to build it right.

This program was built for the pediatric-leaning chiropractor who wants a real specialty. Maybe you’ve done a cranial course that felt too surface-level. Maybe you’ve avoided cranial entirely because what you looked at felt overwhelming. Maybe you’re starting from scratch and want to do it right the first time.

All three land here.

You’re a fit if:

You want to be the chiropractor in your area who handles the cases nobody else will touch. Dysregulated kids. Airway problems. Plagiocephaly. The stuff that keeps getting passed around without resolution.

You want a practice built on clinical depth, not on volume or discounts.

You’re willing to do the pre-work. The design of this program requires reps before the intensive. That’s what makes the weekend worth attending.

Here’s where you are when you leave New Jersey in June 2027

01

Your hands work on cranial cases.

Not “I think I’m doing it right.” Automatic. You’ve drilled the corrections under supervision until they don’t require conscious thought.

02

You know what you’re looking at.

You can assess the cranium, identify specific subluxation patterns, and know what to correct before you touch. You walk into a case with a clinical story.

03

You know how to talk about it.

How to introduce this work to an existing patient this week. How to walk a family through findings. How to build and present a care plan in a way that leads to a confident yes.

04

You know what to charge for it.

You’ll leave knowing exactly what it costs to deliver one adjustment in your practice, what your fees need to be to run a specialty that actually pays you, and what a well-built cranial care plan is worth when it’s presented correctly. No more guessing. No more undercharging for deep work.

05

You have a waiting list problem.

When you can consistently deliver what most chiropractors can’t, word gets around fast.

06

You become the referral destination for providers who currently have nowhere to send these families.

Lactation consultants, pediatricians, and ENTs who see the same dysregulated, airway-compromised kids you do have been looking for someone they can trust with the complex cranial presentation. That referral relationship is available to the chiropractor who can speak the language and deliver the outcome.

Level 1 builds your foundation. Level 2 builds your practice.

Level 1: Foundations of Cranial Adjusting

Online course (immediate access on purchase) + Intensive: January 9-10, 2027

The online course takes you from anatomy through a complete correction sequence for all 6 cranial bones, starting from zero. You’ll learn the palpation flow, the correction approach for each bone, and the Monday Sequence: a clinical framework you can apply to any patient, any visit, starting the week you buy this.

You’ll also get the communication framework for introducing cranial work to your existing patients. Not a script. A way of talking about it that fits naturally into your visit.

Before the intensive, you’ll have specific practice rep targets. You show up having already made the beginner mistakes. The weekend is spent correcting them under direct supervision. Full day Saturday, half day Sunday.

You leave with hands that work. Monday morning.

Level 2: Specific Adjusting + Case Conversion Foundation

Online course (released before the intensive) + Intensive: June 5-6, 2027

Level 2 is where the specialty gets built.

The online course takes you into pattern-specific analysis and correction. The difference between general facilitation and knowing exactly what subluxation pattern you’re working with, why it matters for the patient in front of you, and what to do about it precisely.

At the intensive, you drill until that pattern-to-correction sequence is automatic. Then the business conversation gets personal.

You’ll run your own numbers live in the room. What does it cost you to deliver one adjustment? What are you actually collecting per visit? What does your cheapest care plan need to be priced at to stop subsidizing patients out of your own income? You’ll have a moment. Most docs in that room do. That’s the design.

You’ll also leave with the consultation and report of findings framework that built a seven-figure pediatric practice. How to present this work to a family. How to structure a care plan. How to get a yes without pressure.

Level 2 closes with a look at what the full implementation system looks like when it’s running.

Everything in your seat.

Full online course access starting today. Level 1 is live immediately. Level 2 releases after the first intensive.

Both in-person intensives, January 9-10, 2027 and June 5-6, 2027. Day and a half each. Held in Wall Township, NJ where this specialty runs on real patients every day.

The intimate private Facebook community. Just the members of this cohort. Bi-weekly live calls with Anthony from purchase through Level 2 intensive, covering technique, cases, communication, and business. All recorded and posted in the facebook group.

Full logistics for the Jersey Shore go out as registration closes. Hotel recommendations, parking, what to bring.

Systems for success from real practice.

Absolute Chiropractic runs cranial subluxation correction as a daily specialty. The Day 1 consultation framework, the report of findings structure, the care plan approach, the fee logic — all of it is live in that office every day, on real families, with real outcomes.

Every other cranial program teaches you the technique. This one hands you the system the technique runs inside of.

This program is also built the same way Dr. Anthony trains associates inside Absolute Chiropractic. Same order. Same framework. The exact sequence that takes a doc from zero to confidently running cranial cases as fast as it can be done without cutting corners. If it works for someone adjusting patients in that office by their second week, it works for you.

"Anthony is one of those rare teachers who can take something as complex and nuanced as cranial work and make it feel completely accessible. He has a deep understanding of cranial biomechanics and can teach it with simplicity while still feeling elevated. He upholds a standard that raises the bar for everyone in the room. He's concise and clear while also honoring and respecting the work. If cranial work has ever felt intimidating, out of reach, or overly complicated, his course will change that for you"

- Dr. Steph Libs

REGISTRATION CLOSES AUGUST 26TH, 2026

The docs who’ve been through his training know what it’s worth. This is the first time it’s been packaged as a full two-course program with both intensives, a live community, bi-weekly calls, and the complete business and communication system.

Inaugural Cohort Bundle: Level 1 + Level 2

$3,000 paid in full or 6 payments of $600

One TMJ care plan pays for this program twice over. One pediatric care plan covers it.

The clinical skills are what you came for. The system around them is what makes them pay.

FAQs

Do I need cranial experience?

No. Level 1 starts from the foundation. Plenty of docs in this program will be building cranial work for the first time. The online course is the foundation. The intensive locks it in.

Is Level 2 included?

Yes. Both courses and both intensives are in the $2,250 bundle.

What if I can’t make one of the intensives?

You keep full online course access and work through the material on your own timeline. After the inaugural cohort, we run quarterly, so you can join the next available hands-on intensive when the schedule works. Pricing goes up significantly after this cohort, so registering now locks in the founders rate.

What do I need to practice between now and September?

People willing to let you work on them. Family, friends, patients if you introduce it appropriately. The online communication module covers exactly how to do that. No equipment needed.

Where do I stay?

Asbury Park, Belmar, and Spring Lake are all 10-15 minutes from the office. September at the Shore is still warm. Full hotel recommendations and logistics go out at T-30.

Can I bring my associate?

Highly recommended. Buy them a seat. If you’re building this into your practice, having your associate trained alongside you is the fastest path to making it a repeatable system. With 18 seats total, reach out to confirm availability.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. $800/month for 3 months ($2,400 total). First payment processes at checkout.

The kids who need this work are already in your chair.

You’re seeing them. Dysregulation. Airway problems. Flat heads. Narrow palates. The question is whether you can give them what they actually need.

18 seats. Two weekends. Founders pricing. Never again in this office at this price.
